วัตถุประสงค์ของ App : MIO

แอพลิเคชัน MIO (Mindfulness in Organization) จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยในการฝึกจิต โดยมีทั้งโปรแกรมช่วยเตือนสติระหว่างวัน เสียงและบทนำการฝึกสมาธิ และ Body Scan เพื่อฝึกสติกับการรับรู้ความรู้สึกบนร่างกาย

โดยแอพลิเคชัน MIO ประกอบด้วย

- เสียงเตือนการฝึกสติระหว่างวัน

- เสียงการนำสมาธิก่อนและหลังเลิกงาน
